Located in the heart of Val d'Isère, this chalet boasts a total surface area of 700 m2, with 550m2 of living space. It can accommodate 14 guests in its seven large en-suite rooms.
This property benefits from large open plan living areas (200 m2 across a single plot). The living space is joined to the bar by a glass footbridge over the indoor garden one floor below. Glass bannister with invisible fasteners.
Its interior patio with palm trees and various indoor succulents grow under a large south-facing glass roof, through which you can see the snow-capped peaks towards the Iseran and Solaise passes, and leading towards a magnificent wellness area with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and massage room.
The infinity pool is partially glazed. The water comes from a stone waterfall, which flows into a pebble basin.
A fitness room and indoor rock climbing wall and archery facility cap off this luxury property.
The exclusive use of noble natural materials makes this chalet a truly luxurious property. Some of the inner walls are made of stones collected from the nearby forests.
All the bathrooms are made of slate in different colours: black, grey, green, purple and autumn leaves.
The flooring and walls in the showers are made of large slate slabs cut to size without joints.
All off the indoor walkways, the patio floor, the swimming pool and its surrounds are covered with large structured stone slabs.
The walls are covered with old wood or lime plaster, the paints are mineral and entirely natural.
The chalet is fully equipped with well thought-out home automation systems:
- different lighting scenarios with dedicated engraved switches (dinner, reading, aperitif lighting),
- indoor and outdoor webcams to monitor (or show) the chalet remotely using a mobile phone,
- an iPad-controlled television system with channels represented by their logos classified by country and type of programme,
- the option of casting webcam images to televisions (e.g. in the morning to find out the weather),
- a high quality HiFi system to broadcast a host of programmes, including WiFi or Airplay from tablets or mobiles.
